Operations of  stone crusher plant

1. Make a rigorous testing before starting stone crusher.
2. Check the lubrication system regularly, when the stone crusher system is running.
3. Regularly examine the operation conditions of the blow bar.
4. Deliver the rocks in th impact crusher evenly. Make sure the stone in proper size and can be crushed.
5. Make sure to keep the machine sealed in order to prevent the dust from flowing into the air.
6. Operate the stone crusher under our engineer’s guide.

Maintenance of stone crusher plant

 (1) Minor repairs: The main content is including inspect and repair the adjustment device, high-speed discharge opening gap, and replace the worn lining U-turn, repair transmission parts, lubrication system and replacement of oil and so on. Minor repairs cycle for about 1-3 months.
 (2) Repair: In addition to all the work for minor repairs, there are also including the replacement of the thrust plate and linings, check and repair the bearing and so on. The repair cycle is generally 1-2 years.
(3) Overhaul: In addition to the repair work, there are still including replacement or turning the eccentric shaft and movable jaw mandrels, casting Babbitt of the rod head of the Department, replace or repair all worn parts.
