Generally, the most common methods for gold processing include flotation separation, gravity concentration, of course, sometimes both methods are applied in the same plant simultaneously.
For alluvial gold or sand gold, generally, their grade is relatively high, we often adopt gravity concentration process, while, for rock gold, flotation separation process is often adopted. After the gravity concentration, the tailing can be processed through cyanidation, the recovery rate can reach 97%, meanwhile, after the flotation separation, the gold concentration will be also processed through the cyanidation to enhance their grade.
