Ball Mill Maintenance

In order to ensure the safe operation of the ball mill and improve its equipment in good condition and prolong the useful life of the machine, maintenance is neccessary.

The way of ball maintenance:

First is lubrication, the oil of new ball mill after running a month should be changed, because the new equipment after running a certain amount of time will generate a lot of iron, if not clean them out, the wearing of the machine will be increased. Here then, the oil should be changed each half year, which can reduce machine wear, and improve work performance of ball mill.

Abnormal sound, vibration, current instability and so on also belong to the abnormal phenomenon which should be strictly noted when ball mill is in operation. In the event of unusual phenomena, users should stop the machine for internal checks. In addition, some parts may have worn with different degrees when in use, so the operator must also pay attention to it and replace wore parts timely.
