Introduction of Shaking Table:
It is ongoing on the bed surface of the inclined shaking table that has rifle bars. Mineral particles swarm are fed from feeding hopper that is on the upper corner of the shaking bed, meanwhile, water-feeding tank supplies lateral flushing water, mineral particles under gravity, lateral flow momentum, inertia and friction made by bed’s irregular reciprocating movement do layering according to the proportion and size stratification, besides do longitudinal movement along the shaking bed surface and lateral movement along the inclined bed surface. So, mineral particles with different proportion and size along their direction of motion gradually shed from side A to side B in fan-shape, respectively discharged from the concentrate end and tailings discharge in different areas, at last are divided into concentrates, middling and tailings.
Features of Shaking Table:
This shaking table is mainly composed by 8 parts i.e. machine head, motor, tune slope unit, bed, bunker, water tank, rifle bars and lubrication systems. Sorting mechanism takes advantage of the mineral gravity difference, differential motion provided by machine head, inclined flow and different forms of the bed bars, let the group of mineral particles loosely layered on the bed surface, selectively deliver, and form fan-shaped sub-band on the bed surface, thus yield different products.
Applications of Shaking Table
It is mainly used for sorting 2-0.02 mm ore sand and mineral mud such as tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold and other nonferrous metals, ferrous rare metal minerals; 4-0.02 mm pyrite; coal and coal slurry after appropriate form of change of bed bars; and sorting other suitable mixing materials with sufficient difference in specific gravity and size composition.
