High-efficiency Concentrator Introduction:
Concentrator is for concentrates and tailings dewatering in processing plant, make the 20-30% pulp increase to 40-70%. This machine is widely used in metallurgical, chemical, coal, non-metallic mineral processing, environmental protection and other industries.
Performance Features of High-efficiency Concentrator
(1) Add flocculants, solid sedimentation particle size increases, thus speeding up sedimentation;
(2) Tilted plate installed, shorten mineral particles settling distance, increasing area of the settlement;
(3) Develop flocculation, filtration, compression of slurry deposition dense state layer, and improve the processing capacity;
(4) Equipped with a complete self-control facilities.
Work Principle of High-efficiency Concentrator
Concentrator mainly consists by two parts, the circular pool and rake scraper. Solid particles suspend in the slurry are settled due to gravity, upper part is clarified water, thus the solid and liquid can be separated. Slurry that deposited on the bottom of the pool is continuously scraped by rake scraper to the discharge port at bottom centered and discharged, and the clarified water overflows along the upper edge of the pool.
