What’s the Technological Processes of Mining Flotation?

Flotation beneficiation process is a more mature approach, widely used in the separation of non-ferrous mineral processing: zinc mineral processing equipment, limonite flotation equipment, copper flotation equipment, flotation process is as follows:

First, add flotation reagen and adjust the slurry which is intended to result in differences in the nature of the mineral surface, that is changing the wettability of mineral surfaces to selectively adjust the mineral surface, so that some mineral particles can be attached to the gas saturation, and others are not attached to the bubbles.

Second, agitation caused a lot of bubbles inflated by means of flotation machine stirring, which resulting pulp air dispersion and the formation of more bubbles, or procure the air dissolved in the slurry to form micro-saturated precipitation.

Third, the bubble mineralized particles are selectively attached, it is a fundamental behavior of the flotation process.
