A sand making machine, also known as a vertical shaft impact crusher, is a type of equipment used to crush or shape rocks into sand particles. Our sand maker has been upgraded many times to achieve green sand making. It provides high-quality sand and gravel aggregates for high-rise buildings, highways and railways, municipal engineering, water conservancy facilities, concrete mixing stations, and manufacturing industries.

Currently, our sand making machines are mainly divided into three series: HX, VSI, and HVI. In addition to fixed sand making machine equipment, we also have mobile sand making machines that can be equipped with different types and production capacities of fixed sand making equipment according to requirements.

Working Principle:

The sand making machine operates on the principle of high-speed impact and crushing. Material enters the vortex crushing cavity from the feed hopper, where a high-speed rotating impeller crushes it. The material then collides with each other, forming a vortex flow for multiple collisions, friction, and crushing. Finally, the material is discharged from the lower hopper to complete the process.

Rock, aggregate, river pebble, granite, limestone, basalt, glass, quartz, cobble, dolomite, calcite, diabase, andesite, sandstone, asphalt concrete, construction wastes, road materials, ore tailings, etc.
