Single Drum cooling machine is one of the important equipment in the rotary kiln system, the role of the device is cooling the clinker (1000-1300 ℃) from the rotary kiln to 200 ℃ below, meanwhile improving the quality and grindability of clinker.
Features of Single Drum Cooling Machine:
The device can let air that cooled the material fully go to the kiln, as a secondary circulating air, improve the thermal efficiency of the kiln, and it has a simple structure, high functioning, very convenient operation and maintenance, suitable for small cement plants.
Work Principle of Single Drum Cooling Machine:
Clinker with high temperature go into the cooling machine through the feed device, the cooling machine rotates to let clinker do sufficient heat exchange with the air, at the same time rotate constantly with the inclination of the kiln according to the design and speed, then the material also periodically roll forward, thus the material is conveyed from the feed end to the discharge end, and to ensure that the material can be cooled to below 200 ℃ when it goes through the kiln.
